YOUR BUSINESS PLAN IN
4 EASY STEPS
3. WE WRITE IT
We then begin preparing draft one of your plan using your information. If there are gaps in the information we will do our best to research what is missing and fill in the blanks for you. If we require more information we organise our questions and send them to you for feedback.
We complete all of the business plan sections and prepare a set of financial reports and forecasts.
We then have a full draft of your plan fully prepared and we send it to you for review. We discuss any changes, amendments or additions you would like to make.
We complete draft two, and resend your completed plan to you.
4. EASY PAY
Our business plans can be paid for in installments and stage payments, spreading the cost and making it easier for you to pay. You can usually pay in two or three installments, depending on the size and scope of your plan.
To book your plan you need to make a deposit payment which will be either 33% or 50% of the total cost of your plan, depending again on the size of the plan and its delivery time-frame.
We then begin to write your plan and after the delivery of the first draft we charge the balancing payment in order to bring it to completion. Our plans are great value for money, given that they are written here in Ireland by experienced and qualified business, marketing and accounting professionals.
1. INITIAL CALL
Our job is to simplify the process of having your plan prepared. This involves four simple steps.
First we have a casual discussion with you over the phone for a few minutes. This is to make sure we are the right people to help you. We will answer any queries you might have about the stage you are at and the process of having a business plan written for you.
This is a 'no obligation' and general chat about your business, what you are trying to do, and if we can help. In fancy language, one could call this the 'Needs Assessment Phase'!
WE WILL TALK ABOUT
-
Why you need the plan.
-
Who the business plan readers will be.
-
Find out a little about your business.
-
Determine your funding goals and objectives.
-
Answer your questions.
-
Give you an idea of costs and timeframes.
-
Decide if you would like a formal quotation and move forward
2. INFORMATION GATHERING
Now that you have decided that we are the right guys to help you, we start doing our job. We have a relaxed but structured and lengthy conversation around your business. Depending on the nature of the plan this can be done over the phone, by Skype or in person (on larger projects).
Our job is to make the experience of having your plan written both seamless and effortless.
At this point we are information gathering. We discuss all the areas that your business plan will cover, we work through a sample business plan content page and we go into all the necessary detail.

It is our job to take your information out of your head in plain conversational English. We then take it away and translate it into commercial business plan language.
This is what we are good at!
