Since we formally established in 2014, over 300 entrepreneurs have entrusted us to help them with their efforts. Michael Melleney
Michael Melleney B.Comm, MBA, is the owner and lead business plan writer.
He is an experienced business professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and business development. Having completed an honours degree in Business, Finance and Marketing at UCC, he held a number of senior roles for international companies overseeing Irish and international territories.
In 2008 he undertook an MBA at the University of Limerick graduating with a 2.1 Masters Degree.
Since 2010 he has been involved in several successful enterprises and is a shareholder in four SMEs and a director in multiple companies.
Michael focuses his energy on businesses that require expert help with business planning, financial modelling and content preparation. He has direct experience of working with the Irish Banking System, Enterprise Boards, Microfinance Ireland and L.E.O institutions, Leader County Development Partnerships, Enterprise Ireland and private investors.
He is dedicated to staying at the cutting edge of business development and has completed additional post-graduate certificate studies in Public Relations, Online Marketing, Google Adwords and Business Communications.
He is a member of the MBAAI, an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers and is currently (2021) undertaking a Professional Diploma in SME Credit at UCD.

Kevin Lucey
Kevin is one of our professional business plan writers. His primary responsibilities include market research, content writing, and graphic design.
Kevin graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations, and New Media from CIT in 2019. Throughout his studies he gained an intricate understanding of digital marketing, while improving his writing, and content creation skills. It was during this period that Kevin realised his fascination with, and talent for SEO, web design, and social media marketing.
Prior to his Master’s degree, Kevin received a BA in History, and Philosophy, from UCC. Here he gained invaluable research skills, that have been instrumental in the business plan writing process. His ability to gather information, apply critical analysis, and convey it in a concise manner, all stem from his undergraduate studies.
Throughout his education Kevin gained a passion for, and an expert knowledge of the service, and hospitality industry by managing one of Corks longest running, and most successful restaurants, Jacques. Kevin’s professional, and caring customer service saw him rise through the ranks during his tenure at Jacques. His management experience provided a detailed insight into the sector, and raised his awareness for efficient, ethical business practices.
